The Little Pinkie v3i is the successor to the very popular Little Pinkie v3 which pleased music lovers the world over. Featuring a custom made transformer using only the highest grade of materials the Little Pinkie v3i delivers sonics that are really out of this world.

Little Pinkie V3i is a no nonsense high quality PSU housed in a sturdy (new for 2010) ABS (UL94-V0) enclosure. The enclosure is lightly textured which affords a non-scratch surface and maintains a high quality finish, It is extremely robust and very stylish looking in the flesh. To the rear is an IEC socket (AC mains in), a 20mm chassis mounted fuseholder and a high quality Evolution OFC pro fixed output lead, terminated with a top quality 2.1mm DC plug. All Pinkies now incorporate high quality EPCOS surge protection and class X2 suppression capacitors which results in a more stable mains supply to the transformer providing a much quieter noise floor.

The Little Pinkie to X-Ponent (X-CAN V2, X-10D, X-LPS etc.) lead is not your usual length of bell wire, it is 99.999% oxygen free Evolution Pro cable and ensures the cleanest possible power transmission. All connections are hard wired with silver loaded solder. The output lead is avalable in either blue or black Evolution OFC Pro cable, please indicate what colour you would like when ordering.

Situated to the front of the unit is a an on / off switch. It's a rocker type (with indicator) and affords the user the convenience of being able to switch the Little Pinkie V3i off without having to clamber about at the mains socket.

The "engine" is a top quality VTX 30VA (2500mA) varnish dipped transformer custom made to my own (very demanding) specifications in the UK employing the finest grade laminations money can buy. It features twin double section bobbins (4 coil structure) which provides maximum isolation and achieves a low interwinding capacitance. Pinkie has oodles of current on tap to satisfy even the most demanding of musical climaxes... it certainly won't run out of steam, that's for sure!.
